The room they gave us was recently upgraded and functional with 1 single bed, the kids to do. We were offered an excellent service.

Nothing could have been better.

The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a central area, not far from gardens, the city centre, and a big park, playground and a fantastic Kidd's bakery. The room was a nice size with the kids to do and master bedroom, as for instance, loved our time there. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were a huge plus.

Choose apartment for the kids to do. I appreciated that there were satellite TV, climate control, and a microwave. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the centre of the units and the Football Club and Christchurch from now on. Accommodating staff and everything was well-maintained.

Located in a serene area next to a park and close to Northlands shopping centre where you can grab a cup of coffee and do some shopping. The motel is in the perfect spot, offering convenience as it is close to everything and surrounded by gardens. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff was helpful and friendly. With excellent service and a comfortable room, our stay was enjoyable.

The WiFi could have been better as the provided vouchers were limited and did not meet our needs as a family.

We had a fantastic stay at a wee gem in Christchurch. The pet and child-friendly service was a standout for us, with plenty of space for our furry friend to run around in the fully fenced area. The accommodation was incredibly clean, spacious, and the biggest motel we've ever stayed in. The manager/host was exceptionally lovely and helpful throughout our stay. This will definitely be our go-to place whenever we visit Christchurch.

The rooms were bigger than expected, and it was great that the hotel was located near a park and in a peaceful area. One of the best parts was that I could safely bring my beloved blind pet with me. the hotel owner was very helpful and accommodating. She readily facilitated a refund when I realized I had booked on the wrong side of the town and had to move after only one night.

Arriving after hours caused a tiny bit of confusion, but it was quickly remedied when I found the information the owner had texted me regarding the key and unit number.

The hotel room was spacious and newly renovated with a great outdoor sitting area. The hotel environment was quiet and safe, with friendly tenants and helpful cleaners. I was impressed with the large wheelie bins available for recycling and trash. Additionally, the bed was incredibly comfortable and warm, which was perfect as I was feeling unwell when arriving in this city.

There were a few things we were not too thrilled about. The shower was difficult to use, and the door lock didn't feel very secure.
